It's trying to hit on too many of the Internet things, locals and jokes, leaving it feeling scattered and unfocused. The world building is still great, even if it's not a perfect representation of the Internet but, really, who wants a perfect representation of that? The biggest flaw the movie has is that it spreads itself too thin for me. I could listen to Ralph and Vanellope volley back and forth at each other all day. The animation is still great to me, I even liked something near the end that seemed to bug a lot of people. So, obviously when they announced the sequel I was full of nervous excitement and while it doesn't surpass the original, this is still a lot of fun. The original Wreck it Ralph was a bit of a surprise home run for me. Vanellope: No! Are you guys okay? Should I call the police? Pocahontas: What kind of a princess are you? It'd be embarrassing for you if you haven't. Sugar Rush von Schweetzes? I'm sure you've heard of us. Vanellope: Yeah! Princess Vanellope von Schweetz of the, uh. Vanellope: Whoa, whoa, ladies, I can explain! See, um.
